Sips Ensemble™ is a licensed and insured wine educator in the State of Minnesota offering:
Private wine classes and tastings on a variety of subjects. Whether it’s a gathering of friends or colleagues, Sips Ensemble will work with you to customize an event, based upon your unique preferences.
Concepts include:
Regional or varietal wine explorations
Comparing and contrasting low tannin and high tannin wines
Wines made with skin contact (“orange wine”)
Exploring different methods to produce rosé
Sparkling wines of the world
Wine and food pairing
Wine education and consulting with tastings designed to help clients learn more about their own individual palate to help build confidence when buying wine at the wine shop or to help generate ideas on specific wine pairings for an upcoming event or dinner party.
Must be 21 years or older to schedule and/or attend any of our services. Advance scheduling and payment are required.
Pricing is established based upon the number of guests and scope of the event. Minimum charges may apply.
